Q: How does the textbook reservation process work?
A:
Prior to ordering or visiting Joseph-Beth Gift Shop at The Christ Hospital, view and print your booklist in SonisWeb by selecting “books” at top of the screen.

We make it easy to pre-order and reserve your textbooks by visiting www.josephbeth.com/TCHCollege. We highly encourage pre-ordering online to avoid the wait time. Simply select your courses and books, hit submit and we will have them ready for pick up on August 10th in the Joseph-Beth Gift Shop at the Christ Hospital. Shipping is available. Please note this when reserving your textbooks.

Q: When can I pre-order and pick up my reserved books?
A:
Beginning July 8th, you can pre-order at www.josephbeth.com/TCHCollege to reserve your textbooks and accessories.
Pre-orders completed between July 8th and July 22nd at 5pm will be available for pick up in the Joseph-Beth Gift Shop at The Christ Hospital beginning August 10th. Any orders placed after the 22nd will need to be made by calling the Joseph-Beth Gift Shop* (Any orders placed after the 22nd are not guaranteed to be available for pick up prior to classes starting on August 24th.)

  • Gift shop hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7am-5:30pm, and weekends from 10am-3pm. (These times are shortened due to Covid-19 – Extended hours may be available in the near future, please check www.josephbeth.com/TCHCollege for updated hours.)
  • To guarantee textbooks prior to classes starting on the 24th, orders must be placed by July 22nd.

Q: Are uniforms able to be pre-ordered?
A:
Yes! Uniform orders can be placed online at www.josephbeth.com/TCHCollege or in-store at the Joseph-Beth Gift Shop. Uniforms will be available for students to try on in the Gift Shop every Tuesday from 2pm-4pm and Thursday from 3:30pm-5:30pm.

  • Students who are not registered in nursing clinical courses should not purchase a uniform until the semester prior to clinical. Contact your Academic Advisor with questions or concerns.

Q: What if I have a Financial Aid Book Voucher?
A:
Students with excess financial aid resulting in a credit balance for the semester are eligible for a book voucher. Any credit balance information is forwarded to Joseph-Beth Booksellers automatically. Simply place any preorders normally through our website. Financial aid will be deducted at the time of pick up or shipment of the books. Please note any changes in your enrolled hours can impact your financial aid and your book voucher. When picking up your books you will need your student ID. The Gift Shop will confirm Financial Aid amount with Financial Aid office during pick up. Picking up your books during Financial Aid business hours will help expedite the pickup process.

Q: Will I receive a confirmation email?
A: Yes! However, if you don’t receive your confirmation, please check the email you saved on your account. Also, check your Junk folder as it may have been blocked as Spam. You can call 513-585-0868 or email us at TCHCollegeBookstore@josephbeth.com and we’ll get you squared away.

Q: I switched or dropped a class; can I still return my books?
A:
Yes, as long as you have your receipt, the book is in the original sealed packaging and condition, and you return it before the last day for refunds (as specified on your return policy stapled to your receipt) you can receive a full refund. All refunds must be made to the original credit card. Please read the return policy stapled to your receipt for more details.

Q: I changed my mind, can I change or cancel my order?
A:
Yes, please call the store at 513-585-0868 or email us at TCHCollegeBookstore@josephbeth.com and we will assist in cancelling your order. A cancellation confirmation will be emailed to your email on file.
