Q: How does the textbook reservation process work?
A:
We make it easy to pre-order and reserve your textbooks through this website. Simply select your courses and books, hit submit and we’ll have them ready for pick up at the Joseph-Beth Gift Shop at Good Samaritan Hospital. Click here to see pick up dates on our home page.

Q: When can I pre-order my books?

Q: When can I pick up my reserved books?
A:
Pre-orders will be available for pick up by the date listed here at the Joseph-Beth Gift Shop. Any web orders placed after the pre-order period, please allow Joseph-Beth 24 hours to prepare your order. Students can purchase textbooks, uniforms and accessories.

Q: When can I order my uniforms?
A:
Uniforms can be ordered online now and can be picked up at the Joseph-Beth Gift Shop within 24 hours. Orders can also be placed anytime at the Joseph-Beth Gift Shop at Good Samaritan Hospital.

Q: Will I receive a confirmation email?
A:
Yes! However, if you don’t receive your confirmation, please check the email you saved on your account. Also, check your Junk folder as it may have been blocked as Spam. You can call 513-862-2296 or email us at GSHCollegeBookstore@josephbeth.com and we’ll get you squared away.

Q: I switched or dropped a class; can I still return my books?
A:
Yes, as long as you have your receipt, the book is in the original sealed packaging and condition, and you return it before the last day for refunds (as specified on your return policy stapled to your receipt) you can receive a full refund. All refunds must be made to the original credit card. Please read the return policy stapled to your receipt for more details.

Q: I changed my mind, can I change or cancel my order?
A:
Yes, please call the store at 513-862-2296 and we will assist in cancelling your order. A cancellation confirmation will be emailed to you.

Q: Can I return my textbooks?
A:
Textbooks can returned with a receipt 30 days from the day you dropped the class to receive a full refund. No returns after 30 days. New books must be returned in new condition, with no sign of use. They must have no marks of any kind on the covers or inside the book. There should be no underlining, highlighting, scratches or name in the book. The binding must be in an uncracked condition.
• Receipts are required for all refunds.
• Shrink-wrapped packages must still be sealed.
• Access codes/cards must be unused and unopened to be eligible for return.
• Course packets are not returnable.
• Sale items are not returnable.

Textbooks must be returned to the Good Samaritan Hospital Joseph-Beth Gift Shop.
