Q: How does the textbook reservation process work?
Prior to ordering view and print your booklist in SonisWeb by selecting “books” at top of the screen.

We make it easy to pre-order and reserve your textbooks by visiting We highly encourage pre-ordering online to avoid the wait time. Simply select your courses and books, hit submit and we will have them ready for pick up in the Joseph-Beth Gift Shop at the Christ Hospital. Shipping is available. Please note this when reserving your textbooks.

Payment of pre-orders are made at Joseph Beth Gift Shop at pick-up. For pre-orders that are ship-to, Joseph Beth Gift Shop will contact for payment prior to shipping.

    Q: When can I pre-order my books?
    Pre-orders are available as soon as registration for classes open for the college. You can pre-order at to reserve your textbooks and accessories (calculators, bandage scissors, and stethoscopes, etc.). 

    • Gift shop hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7am-8:00pm, and weekends from 10am-5pm.

      Q: Are uniforms able to be pre-ordered?
      Yes! Uniform orders can be placed online at Uniforms will be available for students to try on in the Gift Shop by appointment only. To schedule a fitting, please call the Gift Shop at 513-585-0868.

      • Due to national shipping delay and supply chain issues, uniforms will need to be pre-ordered at least six weeks prior to your in-hand date to guarantee that they will arrive prior to classes starting. Extended sizes may take longer if they need to be special ordered.
      • Students who are not registered in nursing clinical courses should not purchase a uniform until the semester prior to clinical. Contact your Academic Advisor with questions or concerns.

      Q: What if I have a Financial Aid Credit Balance?
      Students with excess financial aid resulting in a credit balance for the semester are eligible to purchase textbooks using excess financial aid. Any credit balance information is forwarded to Joseph Beth Booksellers automatically. Simply place any preorders normally through our website. Financial aid will be deducted at the time of pick up or shipment of the books. Please note any changes in your enrolled hours can impact your financial aid and your Financial Aid Credit Balance. When picking up your books you will need your student ID. The Gift Shop will confirm Financial Aid amount with Financial Aid office during pick up. Picking up your books during Financial Aid business hours will help expedite the pickup process.

      Q: Will I receive a confirmation email?
      Yes! However, if you don’t receive your confirmation, please check the email you saved on your account. Also, check your Junk folder as it may have been blocked as Spam. You can call 513-585-0868 or email us at and we’ll get you squared away.

      Q: I switched or dropped a class; can I still return my books?
      Yes, as long as you have your receipt, the book is in the original sealed packaging and condition, and you return it before the last day for refunds (as specified on your return policy stapled to your receipt) you can receive a full refund. All refunds must be made to the original credit card or refunded to the Student’s Account at TCC if purchased using a Financial Aid credit balance. Please read the return policy stapled to your receipt for more details.

      Q: I changed my mind; can I change or cancel my order?
      Yes, please call the store at 513-585-0868 or email us at and we will assist in cancelling your order. A cancellation confirmation will be emailed to your email on file.
